Located in the most Northern part of El Paso County, the Tri-Lakes area provides quaint, small town living with convenient access to Colorado’s two largest cities, Denver and Colorado Springs.  The Tri-Lakes region is a blend of several small communities; the incorporated towns of Monument, Palmer Lake and Larkspur, along with the areas of Woodmoor, Gleneagle, Jackson Creek, Kings Deer and Black Forest.
