Jean was the selling agent for a house we looked at, but then became the neutral agent, as we didn’t have a real estate agent. She and her office were GREAT at keeping us updated on everything, handling negotiations between us and the sellers and setting up all the different service appointments for different things that needed to be done with the house before closing. They are very detail oriented, very responsive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
