It started with a very professional marketing presentation in which the various marketing tactics and tools that would be used to market our home were explained. The Wheaton Team provided a top notch (but tough) staging professional to assist us in getting the home ready. Throughout the marketing process, we were kept well informed on showings through an automated email notification process. While the feedback wasn’t always ‘action-able’, every once in a while we would get something that helped us in adjusting our sales strategy. While the process was very good, the bottom line is about the result. We were able to get our home sold in approximately 90 days and within 97% of our original asking price! With the current real estate slump, this was just amazing!!!
